『Easy Yoga for Seniors』

This program provides the Japanese-speaking seniors & pre-seniors (age 55+) the opportunity to enjoy the 60-min easy yoga session followed by the 30-min socializing time with fellow Japanese-speaking seniors.

One term consists of 6 weekly sessions (except holidays & long weekends); registration is required for each term. The third term (May 17 – Jun 28 except May 24, Mondays, 10-11:30 am) is open for registration (limited spot available).

*The enrollment priority goes to those who can participate in all 6 sessions and those who participate for the first time. The past participants are welcome to re-register – we will let you know if the spot is available after the registration closed.
