Or you may think dementia as a senior&#8217;s issue so no need to learn yet? When you can&#8217;t see the cause well from outside, it tends to stigmatize dementia. Her role consists of ensuring that the services offered by the society are accessible across the city. She also oversees the Public Education Coordinators who deliver education sessions to increase public awareness on Alzheimer&#8217;s disease and other related dementias, and provides dementia caregiver training to health care professionals.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What is <a href=\"https:\/\/alz.to\/\">Alzheimer Society Toronto<\/a>?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Alzheimer Society of Toronto is a registered charity whose mission is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer&#8217;s disease and other dementias and to promote research. The society does this by providing information, education and support to the general public, people living with dementia and their caregivers and health care professionals.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Attend<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"ja\">Anyone interested can attend but pre-registration required. Click the registration button below, and fill and submit it by two days before the session date (Mon, Nov 8).
