Because the skin of winter melon is fine-grained and does not lose moisture easily, it can be stored for a long time if it is not cut, which is why it is called winter melon. Vitamin C and potassium in winter melon have beauty benefits and prevent swelling. It is also high in water and easy to digest, making it an ideal food for recovering from illness in the summer. Since it contains little salt and fat, it is suitable for people with nephritis, diabetes, and high blood pressure. It might not be a very popular ingredient, but we promise you’ll be amazed by its deliciousness, benefits, and the wide range of cooking methods. Tomoko Takinami will present four dishes using winter melon.

1st item: winter melon salad

All you have to do is cut it and mix it.
