(Including a brief review of the last session)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"641\">\n<p data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"641\">Eastern and Western medicine (a light recap)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"685\">\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"685\">Self-care tips for late summer and fall<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"779\">\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"779\">Healthy longevity<br data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"708\" \/>\u3000\u3000- Mind-body balance (stress)<br data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"741\" \/>\u3000\u3000- Immunity<br data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"756\" \/>\u3000\u3000- Blood circulation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About our Guest Speaker<\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Guest Speaker : Yuki Minesaki<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP.) , Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac)<\/h4>\n<p>Originally from Kagoshima, and raised in a family-run pharmacy, Yuki Minesaki grew up immersed in the world of Chinese medicine and Yakuzen, influenced by grandparents and parents. For over 10 years, she has been practicing acupuncture, prescribing Chinese medicine, and providing dietary therapy advice at ~ \u548c nagomi beauty room~ in Toronto. With a focus on alleviating and maintaining various physical and mental conditions, she also leads workshops on Yakuzen and traditional Chinese medicine, covering topics such as seasonal health practices, menopause, prenatal and postnatal care, and anti-aging. Drawing on the wisdom of traditional Eastern medicine passed down through generations, She is dedicated to helping others achieve a balanced and healthy mind and body. In 2018, she also published an e-book on Yakuzen.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Attend<\/h2>\n<p>Anyone interested can attend but pre-registration required. For example, instead of using nicknames or initials, include your first and\/or last (e.g. Hanako Y, H. Yamada, Hanako Yamada) . We may not be able to allow you to enter for security purposes if we can\u2019t recognize your name.
