\"\"Food labels provide essential information such as nutrition facts, ingredients, and allergens etc which allows us to make informed decisions about our food choices. \u00a0In this workshop, we will learn about food labels and meal planning to manage diabetes and\/ or our health in more practical ways.<\/p>\n

Yamada, Hanako Yamada) . We may not be able to allow you to enter for security purposes if we can\u2019t recognize your name. We\u2019ll show you how to change the display name 5 minutes before the session start.<\/p>\n
