New Board Member Introduction

I am honored to take on the role of Board Member of Human Resources at JSS. My name is Nobue Kobayashi, and I have spent my career helping individuals in their personal and professional growth. In Japan, I had the privilege of working in career development for young professionals, supporting them in building skills and navigating their career paths. 

For many years, I divided my time between Toronto and Japan, and in May of last year, I made Canada my permanent base and have since settled in Toronto. As I continue my journey here, I look forward to deepening my understanding of this new environment and contributing as an active member of the community. I value meaningful connections and am excited to work together with people from diverse backgrounds to support the growth of our organization and its initiatives. 

Through my role in human resources, I hope to help foster an environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to contribute. I look forward to working alongside you all and learning from each of you. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this community.
