2.  Food Hamper Delivery (City of Toronto)

If you are over 70 and meet below conditions, contact Red Cross (1-833-204-9952) to receive food hamper to your home.

  • Self-isolating due to COVID-19
  • Have no alternative access to food (via family, friends, availability from another food delivery services)
  • Currently not receiving such assistance from another community food program

Free phone-based program for seniors to connect with their peers, socialize, and increase their knowledge on different health-related topics. Registration is required.
◎ Zoom Gentle Exercise Classes: Mon 10-11 am, Wed 3-4 pm, Thu 2-3 pm, Fri 3-4 pm
Free exercise classes through Zoom (video call program) with option to sit/stand for the program. No exercise equipment needed.
