Advance Care Planning

Japanese Social Services and Momiji Health Care Society is holding a joint workshop in Japanese on Advance Care Planning on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cost is $5. If you wish to attend please RSVP to reserve your spot by August 12.
