JSS Challenge 2022

We need your help to raise funds for JSS Operations! (Goal: $5,000)

SUN, JUNE 12, 2022 10AM~

Following the great success of our Event last year, JSS is most pleased to hold our Virtual Walk-a-thon, the “JSS Challenge,” again this year.

Last year was our first attempt to hold an event like this during a pandemic, and so we didn’t know what to expect. And so we were ecstatic that it was attended by a larger-than-expected number of people from several locations.

Though we will not be together physically, we will walk or run together in spirit to raise the funds JSS needs to serve as many people in our community as possible. Won’t you join us?

This year as well, we will set a walking time – rather than a distance – of one hour, during which each participant can walk or run at their own pace and in a place of their choice.

Last year, a total of 33 people participated in this event, and we covered a total distance of 166.51 km. Let’s break that record together this year!

The event will begin with a ZOOM session to meet and connect with other participants. Several JSS staff and board members, including our counselors, will all participate.
