New Board Member Introduction

I joined the JSS board in the fall of 2021. I came to Canada as an international student over 20 years ago. I have been working in healthcare fields since I graduated from U of T with master’s degree in social work in 2004. I was only briefly involved with the JSS as a volunteer shortly after my U of T graduation. Last year as I had a Japanese speaking client who happened to be contacted by a JSS counselor, my desire to make some contribution to the Japanese community in Toronto was rekindled.
